Communications Officer

At Zinduka, I get to do what I love every day: telling stories. Through photography, videography, social media, and digital communications, I help make visible the people, experiences, and positive changes we create together. I believe stories have the power to raise awareness and inspire action.

My commitment to ending female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) is deeply personal. I grew up in the Maasai community and witnessed my four sisters undergo FGM/C. I was the only one who escaped the practice and was able to continue my education. This experience continues to motivate me to help create a future where every girl can grow up safe, stay in school, and choose her own path.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, travelling, and spending time in nature.
