The Girls Empowerment Program (GEP) protects girls at risk of FGM/C, empowers them through education and empowerment, and engages families and communities to bring about sustainable change.

Hooyo Haigoynin strengthens the Somali community in Eastleigh through dialogue and education in the fight against FGM/C.

Tazama uses film and storytelling to create spaces for dialogue about FGM/C and to drive long-term change in communities.
I am glad to have learned about FGM and its effects. Education helps prevent early marriage among girls. This training has empowered me as a young person, and with this knowledge, I feel capable of starting a business with the limited resources I have. This will enable me to secure a livelihood and avoid the struggles many young people face in trying to survive.
